4. Payments and Charges

Clients must pay for services as agreed. Payments are due promptly according to the schedule. Late payments may lead to service suspension until full payment is received.

5. Project Delivery and Changes

FlexLoop aims to deliver quality work on time. Revisions are included as per the initial agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra costs.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide necessary materials, feedback, and approvals promptly. Delays from the client may affect service delivery and project timelines.

7. Ownership of Work

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables. However, FlexLoop retains the right to use the project for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

FlexLoop respects client confidentiality. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except when legally required.

9. Limitation of Liability

FlexLoop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using or being unable to use our services, including damages from errors, interruptions, or performance issues.

10. Termination of Services

Either party can terminate the service agreement with written notice. All outstanding payments for completed work will be due upon termination. FlexLoop can terminate services for any breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

FlexLoop may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
